FAQs
Fruit machine hire questions
How much does fruit machine hire cost?
Most arrangements work on an income-share basis, so there is no upfront cost. We will explain the options clearly and agree terms that suit your venue.
Do I need a licence for a fruit machine?
Venues with an alcohol licence can usually operate a limited number of gaming machines once they have notified their local licensing authority. Additional machines may need a permit. We will advise on what your venue needs.
Who looks after cash collection and servicing?
We do. Our team handles regular collections, servicing and any repairs, keeping disruption to your venue to a minimum.
What happens if a machine breaks down?
Call our support line, available seven days a week. We will arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible to keep downtime low.
Can I swap my machine for a different model?
Yes. If a machine is not performing as well as it should, we can recommend and install an alternative.
